Croeso i Dosbarth Blodwen

Year 2 with Miss Griffiths and  Miss Milburn

In Year 2 we work hard to become confident and independent learners. We use ICT regularly and during the school day often use Purple Mash and Seesaw to document our learning and complete challenges independently. These websites can both be accessed at home too and we find that the more they are used both at home and in school, the more confidence your child will have using them.

If you need your child’s log in details for either of these websites let us know and we can send another copy home.

We find Seesaw is the easiest way to contact us if you have any queries, we check this during the school day if you forget to pass a message on in the morning. Please make every effort to check it regularly too as we often put important messages and updates on there.

Alternatively you can email us at GriffithsE2@hwbcymru.net.

We will do our best to respond to any questions or queries you have within school hours (8:30am – 4:30pm).

’Students Come Together for 999 Heroes’

Reminder – On Friday 3rd December, we will be taking part in the ’Students Come Together for 999 Heroes’. Children can wear red, blue, green or orange clothing (the colours of the emergency services) and donate £1 towards the 999 Cenotaph. The 999 Cenotaph will be the UK’s first monument to honour everybody who has served in the NHS and emergency services.
