Welcome back after half term I hope you enjoyed the rest from your online learning and had some fun. This term we are currently completing on line learning via your Seesaw app where all the work is up loaded on to your learning journal. Remember there are individual zoom sessions to support you and your family with your learning and your daily tasks.

Happy New Year, I hope you are all safe and well and had a good Christmas despite the difficult times we find ourselves in. Please note Monday 6th January and Tuesday 7th January are staff training days and the term will officially start for the children on Wednesday 8th January.  From Wednesday your child will be able to access their learning via the SeeSaw app where their work will be uploaded on to their learning journal daily for the Spring Term C until we have any further information.

Please be aware that we are now finishing for Christmas on Wednesday 16th December at 3:00pm. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your help and support during these difficult times. All the staff in Dosbarth Hywel wish you a safe, happy and healthy Christmas, we look forward to seeing you in the new year.

For  17th and 18th December there will be on line learning which are Christmas based activities similar to those we would of been doing in school to support your child’s key basic skills, with a particular Literacy and Numeracy focus. You can find these on your child’s See Saw learning journal.

Ed Holden Music Trial

Follow this link for something very exciting! It will take you to a video  featuring Ed Holden, aka Mr Phormula the well-known welsh beatboxer (you should remember him from when he came into school last year). Give it a go, if you can record yourselves, then you can send it in as they would love some feedback!
