There are so many wonderful resources online which can support your child with their learning at home and allow them to use the internet in a productive way. Many of these resources and games should be free to access which is always a bonus! We have included the links below to some of our favourites and most frequently used.

Get lost in a book with Oxford Owl.
There are lots of lovely resources to support home learning but your child can also access lots of the reading books we have in school if they would prefer to do this using their tablets etc.
Foundation Phase pupils can practice their letter sounds through games and fun resources on phonics play.
Write, draw pictures, make graphs and more with Purple mash. Each child has their own individual log in for this. If they aren’t sure of it, please speak to their class teacher.
Keep active with Go noodle with lots of dances and some more relaxing mindfulness videos too.

Have a look for subject information on BBC Bitesize – a really handy learning tool with lots of great videos to explain concepts and activity ideas.
Keep on top of your mental maths skills with Top Marks maths games – Foundation Phase children love some of these games covering a range of subjects.
Another great website that’s full of fun facts and impressive content is the National Geographic for Kids page. This website has lots of unbelievable content that is family friendly, educational, and interesting.
