Dear Parents/Carers and Pupils.

On behalf of the Governors, staff and current pupils of Rhosymedre Community Primary School I warmly welcome you, your child and your family to our school and the Rhosymedre Family.

Parents and Carers, we understand that your child is about to take one of the most important steps of young their lives and we will try our best to ensure that at Rhosymedre we make them feel secure, valued and safe throughout their time with us.  We hope to ignite your child’s inner adventurer and problem solver and develop their ability to question.  At every stage of their learning we will provide activities and experiences that will help them to develop the skills of making decisions and taking responsibility for their actions. We will be making this journey with your child and will learn with them, so that we are providing the best experiences and education possible.

We will set and expect high standards of behaviour and discipline.  All the children will be encouraged to do their best in a caring and supportive environment.

We will also endeavour to build relationships with you that are honest, respectful and caring.  Children need to know that they are part of a partnership, which includes themselves, their parents and teachers.  You, as parents are so important to this process.  Only by working together can we support our children to do their best.
